MAYA ROUX

Maya Roux is a data-driven luxury real estate associate based in Miami Beach, Florida. Maya has participated in several ultra luxury transactions with her broker and mentor Stacy Robins, with $50,000,000+ SOLD! in 2025 YTD.

Beginning her career in marketing strategy for top-producing real estate agents in Miami Beach, Maya's work has been instrumental in marketing over $3 Billion dollars worth of real estate listings and luxury new developments. Maya transitioned into real estate sales, assisting with over $500,000,000 in transactions in 2020-2021. 

Maya attended Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., where she obtained a Master's in Real Estate Development with a concentration in Finance. Her thesis, titled "Bloom or Bust: A Bottom-Up Evaluation of a Medical Cannabis Real Estate Investment Trust," followed the financials of Innovative Industrial Properties (NYSE: IIPR). Prior, Maya attended the University of Florida, where she obtained a BA in Political Science and an MA in Mass Communications, specializing in Digital Strategy.

Maya's commitment to excellence extends beyond sales, encompassing a multifaceted engagement with the city of Miami Beach. Maya currently serves as the Vice Chair of the Next Generation Council, representing the 18 to 36-year old population by providing strategies to the mayor and city commissioners for future housing, career, and transportation opportunities and incentives in the City. Maya is also involved in Miami Beach's vibrant arts and culture scene as a Board Member of the Future Bass at the Bass Art Museum and a patron of the Rubell Museum.
